c. Payment: We conduct a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card upon receiving your order. Goods will be dispatched once this check is completed, and your card is debited.
d. Warranty: Our returns policy adheres to three criteria: unworn, unused, undamaged. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the products. Refunds or exchanges are processed upon receipt of the returned items.
e. Promo Codes: Promo codes are subject to specific terms and conditions issued at the time of issuance. Only one promo code can be applied per order.
f. Gift Cards: Gift cards can be purchased online and are delivered via email. There are no expiry dates, and any unused balance can be used for future purchases.
